Customer Support Agent - Remote

Overview

This position will provide support to the Customer Service Team as a data entry specialist, assisting the Customer Service Shipping Coordinator with daily and weekly duties.

In Short

• Maintaining data in ERP system daily
• Maintain weekly inventory sheet to customers
• Assisting Customer Service Shipping Coordinator with shipping items for customers
• Ensure sales orders are correct and shipped to the correct location
• Learning the shipping coordinator position to be a backup
• Collaborate with other customer service employees
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri 7 am - 4 pm EST
• Remote mode of work
• 10+ business days of paid time off
• Equipment provided

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Effective time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP system support and data entry experience
• Experience in manufacturing and/or dietary supplements is helpful but not necessary
