OurRitual is a Relationship Support platform that connects couples and individuals with Experts who provide guidance and advice to help them build stronger, healthier relationships. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled remote Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Keep members and experts informed about the progress of their requests and follow up as needed.
• Monitor the company platform to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary for prompt resolution.
• Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing of the Ritual app.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for challenging customer situations.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Accurately record customer interactions for efficient tracking.
• Be willing to work flexible hours to ensure timely support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven customer service experience.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and communication platforms.
• Must possess the necessary equipment and ample storage capacity.
