• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure smooth candidate experiences through recruitment.
• Act as the main point of contact for new experts.
• Oversee offboarding processes and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously refine onboarding to enhance engagement.
• Use data insights to track progress and guide improvements.
• Help create professional and relational experiences.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Spot gaps and propose improvements in processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Management or HR.
• Experience with high-volume interviewing.
• Strong expertise in designing people processes.
• Background in therapy, counseling, or coaching.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.
• Ownership mindset focused on process effectiveness.
• Fluency in English.
