Technical Product Operations - Remote

Overview

A hands-on role that keeps our third-party tools, data, launches, and workflows running smoothly. You’ll connect Data, Product, Operations, and Marketing, drive clear reporting and alignment, and help the team ship high-quality member and expert experiences.

In Short

• Implement and maintain external tools like Calendly and Stripe.
• Own event taxonomy and QA processes for data tracking.
• Manage releases, release notes, and internal/external communications.
• Coordinate testing and releases, including runbooks and change management.
• Facilitate Pathway content delivery and manage user-interview operations.
• Document processes for self-service and automation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Engage with vendors and manage SaaS tool ownership.
• Spot-check key metrics and investigate data anomalies.
• Work in a distributed team environment across different time zones.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a Project management, QA, or ops-focused role.
• Experience with Amplitude, Stripe, or Jira/Linear is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools is a nice to have.
• Background in software engineering or SaaS operations is helpful.
• Experience with research and content operations is a plus.
• Able to collaborate across time zones effectively.
