The VP, Technical Operations is a senior technical leader at Zero To One Strategic, responsible for overseeing all technical operations across SR&ED and grant services, ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Research and Technology Manager (RTM) at the CRA preferred.
• 8+ years in technical operations, ideally in consulting or regulatory environments.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for simplifying complex concepts.
• Experience with software and data teams for operational improvement.
