As a Technical Operations Analyst at MetaPhase, you will work with a dedicated team to provide practical guidance and support for Federal IT infrastructure operations.

• Coordinate meetings and communications among stakeholders.
• Eligibility for High Public Trust clearance is required.
• 10 years of experience in Federal IT operations is necessary.

Requirements

• 10 years supporting Federal IT operations or service management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience with acquisition documentation and budget reports.
• U.S. Citizenship required for High Public Trust clearance.
• Master's Degree is required.
