IT Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

MetaPhase is seeking a Program Analyst to support strategic IT transformation programs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. This role will provide high-impact advisory and program support across the IT service support for the Department’s dispersed workforce.

In Short

• Support Treasury PMO teams in documenting current and target IT environments.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholder intake processes for cloud service requests.
• Draft, refine, and track deliverables such as project plans and status reports.
• Maintain stakeholder communication plans and document libraries.
• Act as a liaison across business, IT, procurement, and financial teams.
• Support functional assessments and business process reviews.
• Participate in operational governance activities and policy development.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience supporting federal IT programs.
• Experience with federal IT modernization initiatives and Cloud Service Providers.
• Experience preparing acquisition-related deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
