Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IBS Program Analyst supports the performance and success of NAPA’s Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) programs by managing reporting, billing coordination, and operational data analysis.

In Short

• Prepare and deliver customer reports including KPIs, savings, and compliance.
• Support monthly billing processes and contract documentation.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage QBR data preparation and customer performance updates.
• Track and maintain records related to pricing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with field teams for new site launches and issue resolution.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for internal and customer use.
• Provide general reporting, analysis, and program support as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in reporting, operations, or business analysis.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience supporting billing or audit processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with NAPA IBS or similar programs is a plus.
