The Store Parts Professional at NAPA provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
• Look up parts application in catalogs or POS systems.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Advise customers on product knowledge and technical questions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Perform sales support functions and maintain store appearance.
• Work retail hours as assigned by management.
• Support other store personnel as a resource.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local area and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and boxes.
• Functionally literate to understand part numbers and line codes.
• Capable of using TAMS POS system and processing transactions.
• Willingness to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for parts on shelves.
