The ITS Professional at Radiometer plays a crucial role in coordinating IT solutions and supporting customers in optimizing their workflows, while providing both onsite and remote assistance.

In Short

• Coordinate and communicate project specifications and timelines for IT solutions.
• Provide onsite and remote support for software systems.
• Lead customer planning and implementation efforts.
• Participate in the sales cycle to ensure compliance with product offerings.
• Deliver training to ensure effective use of systems products.
• Act as a consultant for customers' service and support needs.
• Market and sell services to Radiometer customers.
• Travel 70% within KSA for customer visits.
• Collaborate with the sales and service team during pre and post-sales activities.
• Participate in projects to improve business practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• 7+ years' experience as a systems analyst in a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of HL7 and ASTM message types.
• Fluent in Transact-SQL, JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong project management skills.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred.
• Understanding of laboratories and hospitals IT systems workflow.
• Knowledge of LIS vendors preferred.
• Server configuration and Mirth Connect knowledge.
