Senior Field Application Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Field Applications Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for providing scientific, technical, and application support to existing accounts in line with the territory management plans.

In Short

• Provide scientific and technical support to existing accounts.
• Assist with managing accounts and business development plans.
• Conduct training and troubleshooting for customers.
• Lead pre-delivery workup and installations of instruments.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
• Promote the Radiometer brand and seek service delivery opportunities.
• Stay updated on scientific and clinical developments.
• Work within a dynamic and driven team environment.
• Report to the Commercial Leader, Malaysia.
• Contribute to improving patient care through diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in the Medical Diagnostic industry.
• Knowledge of Clinical chemistry and laboratory practices.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Competent user of Microsoft Applications and CRM.
• Previous experience with blood gas and immunoassay equipment is a plus.
• Acute care or ICU experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with IT middleware, hospital LIS & HIS.
