Program Analyst - Remote

Overview

ERG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Analyst to support budget tracking, data management, and operational coordination for federal government contracts, ensuring accuracy in project financials and operational excellence.

• Manage program priorities and staff workload.
• Maintain project expenditure databases and financial projections.
• Conduct budget review meetings and prepare documentation.
• Provide clients with up-to-date budget information.
• Track project charging and team performance metrics.
• Support marketing and business development efforts.
• Manage project documentation and communication tools.
• Ensure timely updates to internal databases.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support subcontract setup processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or budget tracking.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and M365 tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with federal government contracts is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
