One of our companies is currently looking for a Program Analyst in the USA.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and project execution. You will support the Program Director in overseeing large-scale renewable projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll interact with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor project progress, manage compliance, and drive performance against strategic goals. In Short

• Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including institutions, lenders, and community representatives
• Coordinate across internal departments to align on project objectives and deliverables
• Support compliance with contractual, environmental, and social standards across project lifecycles
• Assist in managing contracts such as EPC, supply, O&M, and financial agreements
• Help structure project teams and define resource needs to ensure effective execution
• Track and report KPIs related to time, cost, quality, and safety; proactively drive improvements
• Support risk management planning and implementation
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and financial tracking alongside the finance team

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in project execution
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Analytical skills to track KPIs and drive improvements
• Experience in contract management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
