In Short

• Provide critical program support through administrative, financial, and consultative responsibilities.
• Manage program-level administrative processes and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial status reports and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
• Act as a point of contact for customer-facing communications.
• Coordinate with team leads for project monitoring and status reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure accountability.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations and materials.
• Support program leadership in monitoring spend and managing action items.
• Experience with federal contracting environments preferred.
• Located in the Washington, DC area preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience producing financial reports and creating executive-level presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Unanet or similar financial reporting systems.
• Clearance eligibility as required by the program.
