Senior Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional efforts to build effective digital solutions.
• Support large-scale application modernization initiatives for federal government systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure product alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions to ensure high-value delivery.
• Analyze user and business needs for feature definition and release planning.
• Serve as a liaison between Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Manage product documentation and collaboration using Jira and Confluence.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to enhance product functionality.
• Ensure compliance with federal IT governance and modernization frameworks.
• Present product plans and outcomes to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical product manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks and mitigations.
