• Focus on leveraging AI to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Manage product features from ideation to launch.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure application meets user expectations.
• Support roadmap prioritization based on impact and customer feedback.
• Foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
• Experience in assessing customer needs and conducting competitive analysis.
• Skilled in leveraging metrics and analytics for product decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with API-driven platforms and developer ecosystems.
• Background in corporate learning or enterprise learning solutions is a plus.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong execution and delivery capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
