Enterprise Network Monitoring Analyst - IT Specialist - Remote

Overview

MetaPhase is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Specialist-Enterprise Monitoring Analyst to support enterprise network monitoring operations for a federal client. This position will support implementation, dashboard configuration, and maintenance of performance monitoring solutions across a wide area network (WAN) environment.

• Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations.
• Coordinate with engineers to implement monitoring configurations.
• Conduct technical meetings and document configuration efforts.
• Help triage and escalate issues related to implementation.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new monitoring features.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years of professional IT experience in network operations.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise WAN environments and monitoring best practices.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring dashboards and alerting logic.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
• Experience in system testing and delivering client-facing reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
