As a Technical Operations Manager at Commure, you will support the Augmedix product line by working cross-functionally with various teams to improve business processes and operational infrastructure, enhancing efficiency in healthcare.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in data science, analytics, or operations in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience building data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
• Ability to lead remote teams and coordinate workstreams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results
• Proficiency in Retool and Gsuite is a plus
• Experience in Ambient Documentation (AI Scribe) is a plus
• Attention to detail and a proven record of success
