Commure is seeking talented Technical Support Agents to join our growing Support team, providing crucial support to healthcare providers through innovative technology solutions.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for Strongline applications via phone, email, and web.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and network connectivity issues.
  • Document and maintain support cases in company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding application functionality.
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams.
  • Support installation and configuration for Technical Services Deployment.
  • Work evenings, overnights, and weekends as required.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.
