Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle and Candidate Experience.
Advise and support HR representatives in recruitment matters.
Develop effective measures for Talent Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Retention.
Build and maintain relevant communication channels in collaboration with the marketing department.
Conduct and manage application processes and support HR representatives.
Key User for the application management system and its development.
Develop relevant KPIs and create analyses for management.
Support retention measures such as onboarding and internal communication.
Flexibility to travel to various locations in Germany.
Engage with stakeholders to build trust and collaboration.

Requirements

Completed relevant university degree.
Proven competence in recruiting and HR marketing.
Experience in Social Media Recruiting is a plus.
Knowledge of the railway industry is beneficial.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
High flexibility and a responsible approach to work.
Strong IT affinity and experience with application management systems.
Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Word.
Willingness to travel within Germany for projects and events.
No-silo mentality and openness to collaboration.
