Customer Support Agent - Remote

Overview

We are looking for 2 dedicated Customer Support Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify.

In Short

• Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
• Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
• Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify.
• Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
• Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify.
• Experience with e-commerce operations (a plus).
• Familiarity with online retail workflows such as fulfillment, returns, and promotions (a plus).
