• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Schedule availability for early/late shifts on weekends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BPOs, call centers, or similar roles.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience using Zendesk, Atlassian, and other support tools.
• Understanding of financial concepts like interest rates and credit scores.
• Schedule availability (Saturday/Sunday) for shifts.
