Overview

We are looking for a strategic and technically-oriented Senior Tech Product Manager to lead the evolution of our digital products. Your mission will be to drive the development of innovative solutions that address both business and user needs—from ideation to implementation and adoption. You will act as a key link between technology, business, and users, transforming ideas into functionalities that deliver tangible value. In this role, you will lead the definition of the product vision, roadmap prioritization, and the delivery of scalable solutions that support the company’s growth.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, and Data Science teams.
• Establish a clear product vision and prioritize features based on strategic objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process.
• Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide visibility into product progress.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry and digital financial products.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and scalable systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
