The Customer Support Agent is a key player in enhancing the Hims & Hers customer experience, focusing on addressing non-medical customer inquiries through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and EMR.
  • Uphold high standards of productivity and quality in customer service interactions.
  • Navigate various customer service platforms and tools to deliver efficient support.
  • Collaborate with other agents and CX leadership to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the team's success by meeting performance goals.
  • Escalate medically related inquiries to appropriate teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert in all Hims & Hers products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience providing customer service, preferably in healthcare.
  • 2+ years experience working from home in a quiet environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work non-standard business hours.
