In Short

• Lead the Clinical Engineering group to build apps and systems for personalized care.
• Translate clinical strategy into a scalable technical vision.
• Drive the rapid, safe launch of new treatments.
• Establish engineering excellence standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business priorities.
• Manage team resources, including headcount planning and budget decisions.
• Communicate risks and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Embed privacy, security, and compliance into systems.
• Guide architectural decisions to reduce technical debt.
• Develop and coach engineering managers and senior ICs.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hire and develop engineering teams.
• Strong product execution judgment.
• Experience with operational rigor in system reliability.
• Familiarity with security and compliance in healthcare systems.
• Technical fluency in architecture and system design.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership style.
