Valcre is on a mission to streamline the CRE appraisal workflow process across the globe with our innovative SaaS platform.

In Short

• Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams responsible for designing, building, and operating Valcre’s platform.
• Drive the effective adoption of an AI-first strategy throughout the platform and engineering processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive innovation and solve complex client challenges.
• Direct best practices for designing and architecting scalable solutions.
• Manage platform strategy and vision for a highly-reliable and scalable premium platform.
• Foster collaboration among individual teams and across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications on Azure or AWS.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies.
• Highly technical and effective people manager.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products preferred.
