Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering teams in developing innovative product experience to help patients with Wellness, Hypertension, Emergency Discharge and Transition of Care.

Requirements

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in leading technical teams.
• Experience in attracting and coaching world-class engineers.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Proven experience in guiding technical teams and architects.
• Hands-On Technical Expertise in full-stack development.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven track record of building and scaling software solutions.
