Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building production-grade software.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Proven experience managing remote teams.
• Strong portfolio of web applications with AI-driven features.
• Skilled in Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and scalable systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
