Director of Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and grow Digible’s technical organization. This role is central to shaping the structure, practices, and culture of Engineering at Digible, ensuring strong execution in the present while building for long-term growth and impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4–5 years in management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale technical organizations.
• Experience with strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Proven track record of leading product engineering teams.
• Strong management skills, including hiring and leadership development.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with software design and architecture.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $214,000 - $241,000.
• 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week).
