Overview

As the Director of Engineering at CertifyOS, you'll be at the helm of one of our most critical technical areas: building and scaling our provider data platform. This platform powers everything from licensing and credentialing to real-time network insights for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the U.S.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in engineering management.
• Clear understanding of master data management and its technical challenges.
• Experience in data integration, API management, and data quality.
• Experience building data-heavy enterprise platforms.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Skilled in cloud-native architecture with containerization and orchestration.
• Experience in system observability and monitoring.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
