In Short

• Review and validate compliance training content prior to publication.
• Collaborate with instructional design team to ensure regulatory accuracy.
• Identify outdated or unclear content in course materials.
• Recommend improvements for clarity and learner comprehension.
• Validate alignment between learning objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide structured written feedback within agreed timelines.
• Conduct final accuracy reviews before publication.
• Respond to follow-up questions from internal teams.
• Work in a flexible, fully remote environment.
• Contract-based role with scope defined per course.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in food safety regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, FSMA).
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in food manufacturing or processing.
• Ability to assess training content for accuracy and clarity.
• Experience working with frontline and supervisor-level training audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PCQI) preferred.
• Experience with regulatory inspections or compliance program implementation preferred.
• Background in developing or delivering food safety training preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. food safety regulations preferred.
• Experience in multilingual training environments preferred.
