In Short

• Self-sufficient individual contributor role managing go-to-market tooling.
• Administer and optimize HubSpot, Gong, PandaDoc, and other systems.
• Design and maintain integrations and automations to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Produce documentation and training materials for GTM teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets for GTM tools.
• 3+ years experience in GTM systems administration or Revenue Operations.
• Strong API and integration experience required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Flexible, fully remote work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience administering GTM systems or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration.
• Experience with Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Sendspark, or similar systems.
• Strong API and integration skills, including middleware experience.
• Comfortable with SQL and data troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects independently.

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $107,000.
