The Employee Relations Partner plays a critical role in addressing complex employee relations issues and collaborating with management to enhance workplace culture and compliance with employment laws.

• Consults on complex employee relations issues such as performance management and workplace conflicts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Skilled in workplace investigations and conflict management.
• Strong understanding of US employment law and EEO regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Strong communication skills for conveying recommendations and risks.
