Overview

We are looking for a principled, empathetic, and detail-oriented Employee Relations Partner to serve as a centralized expert for our most complex people matters during a critical phase of hypergrowth.

In Short

• Lead employee relations and manage the lifecycle of ER cases.
• Conduct internal investigations into misconduct and policy violations.
• Ensure fairness in disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Consult with managers and the People team on ER topics.
• Provide coaching for managers on difficult conversations.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance.
• Build a scalable employee relations infrastructure.
• Identify systemic trends and provide proactive training.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in Employee Relations.
• Proven track record of managing complex investigations.
• Experience with a diverse workforce.
• Strong emotional intelligence and objective empathy.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to build structured ER functions.
• High level of judgment and discretion.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in modern tech stacks.
