• Full-Time Remote opportunity for a Payer Authorization Operations Manager.
• Lead authorization operations for Colorado's HCBS waiver programs.
• Oversee end-to-end prior authorization and manage a team.

• Serve as an escalation point for disputed authorizations and appeals.
• Build expertise in Medicaid coordination for Colorado beneficiaries.
• Create training programs on prior authorization requirements.
• 5+ years of Colorado Medicaid authorization experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent preferred.
