Requirements

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in Employee Relations.
• Proven track record in managing complex investigations and performance cases.
• Experience with diverse workforces and understanding of operational nuances.
• Deep emotional intelligence and objective empathy.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to build structured ER functions from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in modern tech stacks, including Slack and Google Workspace.
