Overview

As the Manager of Payer Operations at Aledade, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of value-based care. In this strategic and dynamic role, you'll lead the development and execution of initiatives that strengthen our partnerships with health plans, employers, and other healthcare purchasers.

In Short

• Own growth and attribution retention strategies and implementation of assigned purchaser partnerships.
• Cross-functionally manage initiatives through development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance Aledade’s value proposition in the market.
• Monitor industry dynamics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder meetings.
• 8 years experience in healthcare project management or related fields.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of the payer & provider ecosystem.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years experience in physician practice transformation or healthcare project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading stakeholder meetings.
• Master’s degree or advanced degrees preferred.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience preferred.
• Passionate about value-based care.
