The Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing operations and project support for a client team, ensuring performance guarantees and client expectations are met, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with RxClaim preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
  • Experience in highly regulated markets is a plus.
  • Strong decision-making and consensus-building skills.
