Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and managing processing personnel and their workflow, ensuring high morale, excellent customer service, and maximum volume and profits.

In Short

• Supervise and manage processing staff.
• Handle issues with borrowers, team members, and Loan Officers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of loan origination, processing, and closing.
• Interview and hire processing associates.
• Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort.
• Set measurable, achievable goals for processing staff.
• Lead and direct processing associates in implementing new programs.
• Ensure efficient management of loan pipeline emphasizing customer service.
• Maintain status of all loans from application through approval.
• Stay current with Broker programs and maintain forms for submission.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in community development or housing preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, Power Point preferred.
• Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skills.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Strong motivational, management, and organizational skills required.
