Overview

The Operations Manager develops, manages, and delivers support services to our sales force, acting as a liaison between customers, sales, and distribution.

In Short

• Maintains all sales support activities at the branch.
• Trains sales staff on related systems and processes.
• Provides customer support including order processing and product information.
• Implements and maintains pricing policies.
• Manages collections and accounts payable activities.
• Prepares reports on customer inquiries and sales trends.
• Assists customers and suppliers with order problems.
• Manages inventory levels for the branch.
• May fill in for other roles within the branch.
• Performs other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with five years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform financial calculations and generate reports.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with positive business results.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Professional and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exemplary work ethic and decision-making ability.
• Excellent driving record preferred.
