• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for partners and leadership.
• Oversee project management for special initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and enhance cross-functional communication.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation efforts to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
• Oversee and execute client success and customer support processes.
• Support HR activities, including recruitment and hiring, personnel management, and benefits administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 in an operational capacity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
