As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across multiple regions and collaborating closely with senior leadership to support the company's growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an operational leadership role.
  • Expert knowledge of UK legislation and operational processes.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven work ethic.
