Overview

The Operations Manager supports day-to-day field operations of Cushman & Wakefield’s Mobile Engineering service line, overseeing compliance, reporting, and team management.

In Short

• Lead team of Mobile Engineering Coordinators.
• Implement internal controls and policies.
• Manage CMMS database for clients.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly invoices for clients.
• Train and onboard technicians.
• Monitor Mobile Engineering metrics and compliance.
• Assist with financial reviews and client meetings.
• Strong reporting and forecasting skills required.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Degree in finance or related field.
• Experience in facilities management preferred.
• High level of Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of CMMS.
• Ability to analyze data and develop metrics.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities.
