The Senior Project Manager manages multiple complex projects, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of work experience in project management.
• Strong organizational change management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
• Ability to manage meetings with Senior/Executive leadership.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
