Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 8 years of related work experience, including PBM and financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven financial acumen and data analysis skills.
• Experience in Trade/Rebate strategies.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy and PBM industry.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
