In Short

• Lead execution across National Accounts, Clinical Operations, Thought Leadership, and Sales Support.
• Serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO).
• Oversee key clinical initiatives and manage internal pharmacy teams.
• Act as Clinical Account Executive for National Accounts.
• Support sales process as a clinical subject matter expert (SME).
• Engage with health plan clinical leaders to drive adoption of solutions.
• Create thought leadership content and support new business efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical strategy into execution.
• Manage clinical workflows and mentor clinical teams.
• Up to 50% travel for client and prospect meetings.

Requirements

• PharmD required; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits or healthcare tech required.
• Deep expertise in pharmacy claims and benefit design.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in sales support.
• Proven ability to manage clinical teams.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
