Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 12 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO settings.
• 10 years of clinical operations experience.
• 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical operations management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop plans.
• Knowledge of federal regulatory requirements.
