• Oversee operations, growth, integration, and strategy for Panorama Clinics.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all practices.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and mentor clinic managers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the brand.
• Foster relationships with medical professionals.
• Continuously evaluate practice performance through key metrics.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across practices.
• Represent the brand in community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare management; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership position.
• Experience managing multiple medical practices.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven leadership abilities in a multi-location setting.
