  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and respond to market trends.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with healthcare or pharmacy focus.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies at scale.
  • Strong project management and business relationship skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple long-term projects effectively.
