IT Product Owner - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The IT Product Owner 2 manages and communicates the vision and roadmap for products to an Agile delivery team and is aligned with IT standards and strategy.

In Short

• Represent the voice of the customer to the team.
• Own the articulation and prioritization of backlog.
• Drive value to the business by maintaining a product backlog.
• Contribute to shaping product direction and writing user stories.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods with minimal direction.
• Work in Agile environments as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience with data-related products and cloud data platforms.
• Strong communication skills for translating business needs.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with data teams or data-related products.
• Ability to write clear user stories and maintain a product backlog.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure, AWS.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data modeling concepts.
• Product Owner or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated data environments is a plus.
